⭐Administrative Assistant⭐
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and financial support to the finance department.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.
- Manage financial filing systems (digital and physical) and data entry tasks.
- Assist with account reconciliations and report generation.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Support daily operational functions to ensure smooth clinic or business workflows.
- Coordinate between departments to assist with logistics, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Monitor and maintain supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Assist in implementing and optimizing internal procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
- MBO diploma required;
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.
- Understanding of bookkeeping and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage50).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or logistics support role preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
